The "ekklesia"

Is it possible that the word “ecclesia" or "ekklesia” is used to identify individuals with a particular group who embrace a particular mission, but that the success of the mission is generally determined by what happens while the church is disassembled?

Please post your comments if this makes sense or if it doesn't share why.

Does "unto him be glory in the church" mean while assembled or is it much more than that?

It would seem that it's nearly impossible to "Go ye therefore..." the three times we are in the church house each week. Why? Because 99% of our communities are not in that building those three times a week.

Here's a thought as well. Is it the group that gives God the glory, or is it the individuals that give Him the glory? Is God a God of "group think" or "individual think"?

This is an interesting topic you chose today. One that I suppose will require a lot thought to come to a solid decision on.
